How soon can I get a cleaner?
For regular domestic cleaning, we try to supply you with suitable cleaner within 1 week, however in some cases, it may take longer depending on the area where you live, frequency of cleaning and how many hours you require. For emergency cleaning, we try to supply you with a suitable cleaner instantly or within 24-48 hours. For another kind of services, our staff will be supplied on the exact day and time of booking.
What is the minimum duration per visit?
The minimum duration is 2 hours weekly and 3 hours of fortnightly visits.
Are your regular cleaning services available on a monthly basis?
The regular cleaning service is available on a weekly or fortnightly basis. Monthly cleaning sessions are considered as deeper cleaning and are available at a higher rate (see our price list page)
Will I get the same cleaner every visit?
Yes, you will get the same cleaner every session, who could start on a set day and time, which is convenient for you.
How do you ensure the quality of your cleaners?
All our cleaners are personally interviewed at our office. They provide us with verifiable proof of identification, address and two references, which have to be excellent. All cleaners must register with our agency and complete forms designed to safeguard our clients. Our company carries out supervisory checks in order to maintain a high standard of cleaning service.
Are your cleaners insured?
Yes, we have a full Employers Liability cover and Public Liability cover for any major damage within your home. The insurance cover is offered to provide peace of mind in the event of any major accidental damage to your property.
What happens if something is broken or damaged while the cleaner is in my home?
If the item is damaged due to negligence on the part of the cleaner, then, of course, we will pay for the item to be repaired or replaced. However, we cannot be held responsible for normal wear and tear, or if an item breaks through no fault of the cleaner.
Can I meet the cleaner first?
Yes, we can arrange a meeting with you and the cleaner at your home at a convenient time.
What happens if we are not happy with the cleaner?
We are here for you in any situation. If you think that the cleaner does not meet your expectations, please, give us a ring or simply email us and we will have a chat with them. We believe that everyone needs a second chance, but if on the second visit you are not satisfied, then we will send a new cleaner.
Is the long term quality of service high?
We would like to make sure that we won’t just impress you on the first visit and not care about the cleaning in the long run. We do supervise our staff, we will visit your property, while your cleaner is there and we will point out any undone job. Also don’t forget, that you can contact us at any time with your comments.
What happens if my cleaner is ill, on holiday or leaves?
When the cleaner is going on holiday, we will inform you at least one week before. You can decide if you would like to have a replacement or if you wish to wait for your cleaner. Just call us and we will send you a replacement cleaner who will continue the regular cleaning service.
If your cleaner has left, we will reallocate a new cleaner to continue the cleaning in your house.
Can my cleaner come when I am at work?
You can leave the set of keys with the cleaner. All of our staff are fully insured. It is not necessary for you to be home.
Who provides the cleaning materials?
For regular domestic cleaning, we use your cleaning materials. Customers like the comfort of buying the cleaning materials they like.
For End of Tenancy Cleaning and most One-off Cleaning, we can provide all necessary cleaning products for the job along with the vacuum cleaners, mops, brooms and dusters. Or we can use the clients chosen products to do the job. Just let us know when you book the service.
Do I have to sign an annual contract?
No. There is a 3-month minimum contract, which you can cancel by giving us a 4 weeks’ notice.
Can I cancel at any time?
Yes. By giving us a 4 weeks’ notice period.
