All prices are not fixed; they are "from". These prices are based on an average sized property or item and may vary according to your room sizes, amount of stairs and cleaning requirements. Whole house prices include 1 set of stairs and only 1 reception room in a 2-bedroom house or maximum 2 reception rooms in a 3-bedroom house.
